Orsen Josephina aka “The Juice” is the Director of Pitching at TBT Training and founder of The Juice Pitching. Born and raised in the island of Curaçao, Coach OJ's passion for baseball began at the age of 10, and he started pitching when he was 16.

At 18, OJ made the bold decision to move to Florida, leaving his family behind. During his senior year, he topped out at just 80 MPH. Determined to improve, he dedicated himself to his craft, developing a focused regimen of weight training and throwing. By the end of the fall season, he had increased his velocity to 88 MPH, and by the end of his senior spring season, he was reaching 91 MPH.

After high school, OJ spent two years at Hillsborough State College before transferring to Palm Beach Atlantic. His hard work paid off when he was drafted by the Pittsburgh Pirates, where he pitched professionally for three years.

Drawing from his background in collegiate and professional baseball, Coach OJ offers a wealth of knowledge and experience to all the pitchers under his guidance. The Juice Pitching is committed to nurturing talent, fostering character development, and empowering pitchers to pursue their dreams both on and off the diamond. OJ firmly believes that with the right guidance and unwavering dedication, every pitcher can unlock their full potential and make their mark in the world of baseball.
