STEPHEN CLYNE

Stephen Clyne began his pitching career at Clemson University and still holds Clemson’s record for most consecutive scoreless innings pitched in a season at 33.1. Clyne finished his collegiate career with a 2.85 ERA of 2.85, 97 MPH fastball, and one of the best-rated sliders in his draft class. Clyne was drafted in the 3rd round by the New York Mets in the 2007 MLB Draft.
Following his professional career, Coach Clyne took over as the lead pitching instructor at Players Edge Baseball Academy, where he developed pitchers of all ages from little leaguers to professionals. In 2016, Coach Clyne started the TBT Ballers travel baseball. The program is now a national powerhouse with over 70 teams across the US. In 2019, Clyne opened TBT Training, which is recognized as one of the premier facilities for development in the US.
