Allie Gleason, Ed.D.
Athlete · Educator · Wellness Architect
Allie Gleason's journey began as a Division I athlete at Siena College, but her true calling emerged in the moments before the whistle blows — understanding the intersection of movement, mind, and development. Her career has been defined by a deep commitment to not just coaching athletes, but nurturing the whole child.
With an extensive background spanning athletics, recreation, wellness, and academic advising, Allie possesses a rare, holistic perspective on student success. She has coached at every level, from middle school to Head Varsity across New York and Florida, and holds an MBA in Sports and Athletic Administration. However, it was her pursuit of a doctoral degree in Educational Leadership that truly defined her mission.
In her doctoral research, Allie explored how contemporary cultural factors — such as technology and shifting societal norms — impact the physical and mental health of modern students. That work became a cornerstone for everything that followed, emphasizing the necessity of neuroeducation and wellness-conscious mindsets to combat the stressors facing today's children.
Allie is more than a coach; she is an architect of empowerment. Throughout her seven-year tenure at a top private school, she proposed and implemented the institution's first wellness program from inception, managed compliance for over 300 student-athletes, and built cultures where uninterested players transformed into enthusiastic, confident competitors.
As a certified yoga instructor, Lotte Berk barre method instructor, and professional life coach, Allie brings a blend of athletic intensity and academic expertise to Little Legends. Her mission is clear: to leverage neuroeducational insights to build programs that foster trust, inclusion, and cognitive health. She believes that when children are supported holistically, they don't just perform better on the field — they flourish in life.
